Psychological Assessments

At Safe to Heal, we provide assessments for Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and other Developmental Disabilities. Psychological assessments are an essential pillar to understanding and addressing individual mental health and well-being. They provide a structured and comprehensive insight into a person’s cognitive, emotional, social, and behavioral functioning, allowing accurate diagnosis and personalized treatment plans for therapy. By employing a wide range of validated assessment tools and methodologies, psychologists can unearth underlying issues, such as cognitive deficits, trauma, anxiety, or developmental challenges that may not be immediately evident. Ultimately, these assessments serve as a powerful roadmap towards improved mental health and self-awareness.
